Advanced Yoga Teacher Training - Study of the Self

The two-year Advanced Yoga teacher training is an exceptional opportunity to develop yourself further on the path of yoga. Be inspired by the classical scriptures and the contemporary use of the teachings. Increase your understanding of your inner processes, attitudes and ideas.

The advanced yoga teacher training stands for inspiring each other and the opportunity to grow and explore new dimensions. It is becoming aware of ideas and beliefs about who you are and how yoga and spirituality should be. The art of continuous growth is to explore yourself and dare to look at all your views and ideas formed in the past. After investigation you could conclude that your views are true and still supportive, it will be a strong fundament for daily life and the teaching. The discovery could also be that you have grown and that the views and beliefs you have (partly) no longer apply and it may develop. This is giving yourself the opportunity to grow. Often we create our own limitations and boundaries. Not out of unwillingness but because we are not aware of our self-imposed limitations. Realize that there are no boundaries and experience that and you'll be able to develop as far as you want. Participation in this program means the willingness of self-examination. There is courage to take responsibility for your own growth. Besides, realizing that if you grow your own students continue to grow.
